From the latest quarterly activities report:
The company has been attempting to satisfy ASX as to re-listing since July 2018 and remains committed to doing so.
During the quarter the company has entered onto advance negotiations with a number of parties in relation to cobalt off-take and associated debt funding, and equity participation by way of a strategic cornerstone investment. These negotiations are expected to be finalised in the current quarter.
The company intends to then immediately lodge an updated application for the in-principle advice with the ASX.
Proof enough? or are you suggesting (a) That WFE by way of announcements to the ASX have been misleading its share holders? (b) Brewer by his continual references in his tweets of re-listing on the ASX has been misleading share holders / potential investors
