@JoshuaL has a point....the problem with talking SP is like blowing your trumpet about great buying at a SP, let’s say 35c for example, then finding out about a TH for a CR at 30c that will create 10% further dilution! Target now 27c for a 25% loss? How silly would you be? You might have called it intuitive to have bypassed the situation right? Even worse seeing the market spread looking like a plummet on open after posting a self pat on the back?
IMHO I think it’s best we sit back and let WFE announce the deal first then we can assess an estimated SP value at that time. Could be 2x 4x or 6x who knows....
