If you guys want to discuss a different stock, then do it on the appropriate forum, which is not here.
I thought this was the WFE threads, I'm happy enough to talk about another stock, and answer your questions or whatever over there.
Come to think of it, that other company is a great example, or comparison to WFE. The value of the underlying asset is somewhere around the $2-2.5B. That is compared to the current MCap of around $650M, and lots of people expecting around $600M or less next week.
So what is the Mcap of WFE compared to the value of the underlying assets?
Current Mcap of around $65M (including perf rights, and very cheap options), compared to the underlying asset value of ???? The only asset value with any valuation would be the 50% of the $33M once the company raises something like $5M and hands over more shares, so $16M - $5M = $US11M = about $A16M. The market was valuing the prior held assets at a very low price, hence why it was .1c.
So every rational investor/trader that uses FA would see more value in which stock, the one that is 1/4 of the asset value, or the one that is 4 times the asset value (WFE)???
Why don't we talk about WFE here?? It is a company with no assets yet, needs cash just to buy in, has no expertise in the field of cobalt processing, has no independent expert studies showing the viability of the operation, no cash in the kitty, and no-one running the ship with all their effort that is passionate about this project above everything else.
OK where am I wrong? Let's talk WFE in comparison to another company if you like.......
