Hi Scarpa, after doing some reading up here is what I find, if WFE was to request a delisting from the ASX it can take up to 6 months and at the discretion of the ASX, by not paying relisting fees the decision to be delisted falls under the ASX rules and by laws, instantaneous, once delisted the directors take control of the company and do not need shareholder votes to make decisions, they have the opportunity to re list on the ASX as a cobalt producer even though it could take a little time, alternatively they could list on the NSX, this is a 4 week turn around once they have been approved, common sense tells me if this is the direction they are taking approval has already been attained, IMO the ASX has played hard ball one too many times, 37K is not an issue when you have the people we have in the top 5 holders, its pocket money,
