They should legally have to notify shareholders of this , I personally don't have much faith in the new bloke first with my phone call not handled like a competent manager and then the the company update which only states EXACTLY the same as NF THE COMPANY'S GOAL IS CREATE EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR SHAREHOLDERS.
