I am not reading too much into this - the penalty for not paying listing fees is suspension and they are already suspended. They can pay up later and be Reinstated quickly if that is the outcome of the Admin process.

Not saying I’m very optimistic about the outcome for us shareholders, although maybe a little more than in previous situations where a company I hold goes into Admin. The gold price and the significant shareholders list feels to me like it offers some hope of a recap with obviously dilution to be expected:

NRW have a very good balance sheet currently and might see this as a chance to use it (provide a little more rope) to salvage their equity and debt positions in GCY? (I’m a longer term NRW holder).
