But we didn't even get a run for our money and that annoys me For someone that knows what I posted, you should also review what I posted about their Balance sheet - you know what that is right?. They have been showing huge receivables for years. With minimal sales, these debtors haven't been collected. Holding debtors in your Balance Sheet like that breaches the corporations act . Also, it wasn't long ago that they said in an ANN that they can continue funding the business through debtor collection from their wine sales. Well, SHOW ME THE MONEY! They can't because I don't believe those debtors are real. I'll wear the loss that is part and parcel of buying a penny stock, what I won't lie down on, is management lying on their Balance Sheet and also, IMO, not diverting the appropriate money into the company from the Soar Labs deal. You might be happy to sit back with CT and just go, oh well, but I am not - not in this case.

You've got a point mate. With around $4.5mil still owing to them as reported in Jan this year, $25k listing fees should be the least of their concerns. They should have sent in the heavies to collect this debt a long time ago (If real), yet here we are, with heavies knocking at their door.
