So what does it mean, is it:
a) they are out of cash, finished.
b) they have a deal but it's not just for TAVR it is for everything and it is planned to be delisted anyway
c) they are unbelievably disorganised / irresponsible
I'm not very knowledgeable in this listing stuff but am I missing other alternatives?
