Oversight for a company whose CEO draws a million a year and Staff & admin cost crosses 25 mil, it’s pathetic.
But it’s not unsurprising if someone looks at the company’s working culture. Like every other penny dreadful asx listed company it almost always reported the quarterly on the very last day of the reporting deadline. When I was a holder I always had issue with this type of work culture. For a company which is blowing massive amount of dollars in Staff & admin, it’s pretty unacceptable imo.
When you stack up everything to do at the end, missing out something is inevitable, no different in personal life as well.
Putting a planning calendar shouldn’t be big deal imo.
