Aside from the unbelieveable arrogance of a private service-for-profit company like the ASX not sending reminders (only an email distribution list single click after all) we might find that whatever deal that is being negotiated involves an off-market takeover / purchase offer, and likely no listing requied as it benefits nobody to have the shares listed that wouldn't be trading anyway. It may have been that those involved in "the deal" assumed it would be on the table by now. I wonder if the ASX fees can be monthly or quarterly?
Assuming we receive a good offer I am out of here!
