It's not the end of the line yet, but it has been obvious for months that the end is coming. At this point they're in suspension for not paying (if they weren't already in suspension this would have put them into suspension) and they'd have until next Wednesday to pay and come back onto the market.
No prizes for guessing I don't think that's going to happen. Before open next Thursday we'll get another notice from the ASX, which will be the next step in the process of this company ceasing to exist.
This suspension is just what would usually be the 'hey, you forgot to pay the bill!' scenario if the company was being run normally, and ASX isn't currently treating AEB as being any different (absurd as that is).
It shouldn't be too much longer though, the ball is rolling on the death process.
