To be clear, asic would care if a co was happily suspended awaiting a resolution yet knowing that to be impossible. Asic might ask why shareholders were not informed. Delisted, that question fades.
I am a senior executive. I have a vested interest in nkwe's remaining land. I have previously involved myself with nkp divestment, Beng bling. The inside info is simply an open directive by the DMR. You will not find that directive online or by phoning an info line. That is what inside info is. What more does nkp have to do to suggest they are resigned?
