I think I understood what your email said. Shareholders (holding at least 5% of ordinary shares) can force and EGM (Extraordinary General meeting). However in this case, it would be a waste of space because the directors hold the majority of shares and would defeat any motion or resolution put forward. The only positive with this is that the company may get bad press out of it. This lot couldn't give two hoots about bad press or ordinary shareholders so I wouldn't waste your energy.
