I have been able to go through Computershare's voice call maze and was able to hear that the last transaction
against my HIN for my NSE holdings was FP Conversion to Issuer on 07/09/2023.

I was able to record it.

Computershare's online system which I can log into fails to bring up NSE in it's historical data.

Nightmare territory dealing with the company over the phone as you are dealing with the Philippines not Australia.
