It would have cost SP1 $90,128 for the annual listing fee if you plug in 1,100,800,000 shares at $1.07 into https://www2.asx.com.au/listings/how-to-list/listing-fees/listing-fee-calculator to avoid being on this list.
Pretty hard to believe that they chose not to pay if they genuinely wanted to then run a case arguing that it was the ASX's fault that they weren't listed sometime next year.
Yet another nail in the $500M damages case coffin.
