You would think spending $2-3 million on a court case for a return of nearly $500 million and clearing your name as a respectable business would be an important financial matter to attend - it would be hugely embarrassing for the ASX and a big win for JK - allow us to grow the business further. The ball is in ISX’s court to proceed or not.
Paying the listing is a start, hopefully they pay and can continue the court case for a win.
