Agree on the fact that when the ASX verdict is reached the return of atleast half of the $500m will benefit the business and its shareholders. But lets be realistic for a moment... Even if we pay that amount now, it will be atleast 1 year before trial begins and i am being very optimistic here and another 1 or 2 years for verdict and appeals!
I as an investor rather would rather management focus on allocating funds and focus on company growth and an early listing rather than wait 3 years for this ASX Litigation to come to an end.
