You're right about the superficial hope... quite honestly I believe we are f*ked. Not going to get our money back, JK's reputation is in tatters so even if it lists people will all rush to liquidate their holdings which will cause the price to plummet. If it doesn't list again, JK will just be living the sweet life in sunny Cyprus away from us all.
That's all we care about... is getting it listed to get our money back, hoping some other sucker buys up these sh*t shares. If the business is so good we wouldn't be in suspension for this long but according to a few on this forum, it's all a conspiracy from ASX & ASIC against the business & JK/NK.
I don't see many other fintech businesses in Australia being placed in +3 year suspensions from ASIC/ASX with court cases against their management, all while management has pissed off overseas - yeah seems like a good investment to me.
