Wonder if JK has been reading the forums, as he appears to have provided an update over twitter in the last few hours detailing plans to list on either NASDAQ or LSE. The company is looking to create a new holding company ISX Technologies Plc that will merge with ISX Financial to list on either exchange. First waiting for approval from financial regulators before calling a shareholder meeting ideally in September.
These are good updates, would appreciate as a shareholder getting these officially from the company rather than from Twitter, as I feel that these would ease a lot of peoples tensions & anxieties. Appreciate there is a lot of background work before releasing.
Hopefully he follows through.
