I’ve read a lot of posts over the last 3 years from all the protagonists. Quite frankly, I’ve become extremely fatigued by it all. This is my first and likely last post on ISX/SP1.

I think all shareholders (of which I am one) deserve the courtesy from JK to be upfront with what the next steps are from here. This is the least that JK and board can do for holders, given that our money has been held hostage for 3 years.

Will the case against ASX proceed or not?? Why hasn’t the security deposit been paid? What is the hold up? If the intention is to drop the case, why? The recent actions of SP1, resignations etc certainly make me feel that I have been fleeced. I know this is business but come on,
ISX/SP1 have some respect for long suffering shareholders before you decide to pull the pin on the case, if this is what you are intending to do.
