    Simply because they (SP1/JK) hasn't paid the $2.69M security to continue to trial after the move to Cyprus. I'm no lawyer but wouldn't that mean you don't believe you will win?

    JK believes there is $462 million dollars worth of damages but it's not worth risking the $2.69 million for security.... why not?
