M8S doesn’t own Gingin now. It was owned by M8S’s wholly owned subsidiary Fernview, but as part of the DOCA, Sathsiri’s private company was given 99.9% of the shares in Fernview. So M8S now has 0.1%. And its only other asset is the loss-making Maddington facility which was halved in size when they renewed the environmental licence and gave up half the lease in December.

M8S is a dead duck.

And Sathsiri’s private company funded the DOCA with the deposit of his proposed sale of Fernview from his private company to the listed Thai company of which he is MD (SET:CV), but that company has now pulled out of the sale and wants its deposit back.
