I called Prime Company Compliance and they said they were not ASX compliant advocates but they ensure ASIC compliance!!
Spoke to a Danni (ask for her if/when you call) and it sounded like my call was the first one she had taken on this issue. She wasn't even aware of IOUPay being on their books as a registered office.
She took my details and told me she will call me back (haha).
