Thanks for your post. I'm not sure where your getting your information from with regards to your last paragraph, its actually the absolute opposite to your assumption.
FYI, I've just got off the phone to ASX to get clarity on this announcement and in particular the last paragraph on the last page.
He confirmed, if fee isn't paid by Monday the 28th of August, they will be officially DELISTED from the ASX. If they want to list again at some stage they have to start from the beginning again, complete new application, massive fees etc. etc.
So this is URGENT if you ever want IOU to list again, in my opinion, If they fail to pay by Monday its all over red rover...
If you or anyone have any way of contacting anyone from IOU, it needs to happen now.
Under Listing Rule 17.15, any entity that has not paid its annual listing fees as required by Listing Rule 16.5 by
5.00 pm AEST on Monday, 28 August 2023 will be removed from the Official List with effect from the close of
trading on Monday, 28 August 2023.
