It seems to me XTC won't be delisted on 31/Oct as the oldest one-year deadline is now the half year account 1 year anniversary which is March next year

That is, since the cash reports were lodged, those 1-year deadlines have been met, and the next one is March 15 2025 as that is the only outstanding report and 1 year deadline. Feather has bought himself some time perhaps

The cash reports showed Feather offered a debt lifeline to only keep the company afloat, after what looks like the last 2.9 mill was siphoned off in exploration costs (prob to the Argentian thieves companies)

Wait and see, all options now useless, much like this company, I am curious about the previous ASIC ruling though where they ruled a new prospectus would have to be issued.
