Ann: Suspension from Official Quotation - Annual Listing Fees, page-4

I found this ASX release rather annoying and was concerned that RAN had dropped the ball at a time when it needed to be squeaky clean in its dealings with the ASX. Given my concern, I contacted a RAN executive team member to understand what had gone wrong.
Here is what I was told:
1. More than six months ago, the company's independent Co Sec (Confidant Partners) uploaded all the RAN information onto the ASX portal, including relevant contact details, email addresses, and physical registered address.
2. During the time that Confidant Partners has acted as Co Sec, it has had many two-way written and email correspondences with the ASX, proving that at least some parts of the ASX have paid attention to the information on its own portal.
3. The RAN Co Sec first received a copy of the listing fee invoice on August 21, more than a month after it was initially sent.
4. The original invoice was sent to a person who used to work for RAN's previous Co Sec company
5. The original invoice was sent to a company that used to be RAN's Co Sec before November 2023
6. RAN has notified the market twice (via ASX releases) of its new Co Sec and Registered address, once in November 2023 and again in January 2024

I was relieved to hear that the non-payment of listing fees was not a RAN oversight but another example of the level of administrative organisation within the ASX.
