All speculation imo unless someone has the the contract.
Fact remains that GEM just got the cash needed to move forward with the strategic plan of reducing debt and funding the proposed acquisitions. The business fundamentals remain.
Holders got screwed in the short term with the inevitable price drop to 3.10, however in the long term i doubt this will matter at all.
