Can the ASX protect whatever is the remaining value in the company (e.g. freeze payments to Directors) due to Directors/Company not fulfilling their duty to shareholders?
I'll gladly tip the remaining value of my holdings into the kitty if there is a class action over the recent past actions of Directors => to some future benefit they might stand to gain.
