there may be a capital raising or even a largish rights issue - worst case scenario i could see would be a 1 for 1 at a small discount to 15c, but even if that were to be the case with the small scrip presently on issue & the pressure relief any raising of funds would bring - i cant see this not being worth more than 15c.

should be ok imho.

I think what @Pioupiou said has a lot of merit with the write-downs being less than anticipated. Calling it curtains is akin to jumping the gun. My feeling is it if were a CR they would need to mention that wouldn't they in the halt?
