nokk I support Rudd's tax, all australian will get benefit from it. most of us are short sight and selfish, they are only look after themselves. if company can make money, 40% of tax is nothing. if company can not make money, even if 5% of tax, it is still useless. 20m for a explore company is nothing, 10m for explore and another 10m for feasibility study. nothing left. if company make a positive an announcement, SP will be reach over 50 cents, and all option holders willing to convert them or sell them on the market, but now if someone hold half million of option and can not convert them, they will lose big money. they can not sell them at so lower price on a market. do you think directors care about option shareholders? No. underwriter is only good for company not for option holders at moment, they can push down sp below 30 cents. and all option holders can not convert them. then patterson get all options, at that time company can make another drill result and push the sp up, Patterson make a big money. That is a game for both companies.
