If SP goes below 30cents, everyone can make money, right? Just buy the heads and spend as much money as Patterson does. (they do it at 28.5 cents after agreement)

I mean your argument is that Patterson makes millions of dollars when SP goes under 30cents as it will go up on positive announcement afterwards? And it's all just a game of both companies?

Maybe think about the postings above, it's all about buying options cheaper and convert before end of month.
