There is no way they would do it sub 3.4c especially when $1.2m was just raised at that price...imagine the backlash when you have just converted and days later they issue stock cheaper than that if that is what is happening then they sincerely need their heads read and the advisors sacked...unless its a cornerstone as SI's are not worth their weight.
