Supersteve please sell so we dont have to hear about your marijuana losses anymore.

This is under a new management, new directors, and a new top 20. Anything that happened previously has nothing to do with this deal.

Now we have an awesome deal, Livn Group, in place and a super cheap shell to go with it.

Livn Group is in the right industry and already has established clients.

A great set of tech. directors, an even better top 20 list who wont be expecting anything less than 1.5-2c IMO.

I look forward to seeing the deal terms and watching this stock fly tomorrow
