Don't forget that the expertise resides within a small group of people within cnx. Without it the software is probably of limited use imho. Also I doubt that the other large S/Hs would be willing to sell out for a song - or even two. It could be that there are discussions going on between the underwriting parties. That could take a few days to resolve.
