As a collective mea culpa, I think all shares/options that were approved to the Management and Board members in the last AGM be voluntarily handed back, and cancelled. Shareholders have copped theirs in the share price, so it's time for Management/Board members to do the same.
It is a good look if they identify and share the pain with us
