that is a worrying sign , i feel bad for holders who get caught up with this type of thing ,i called it in croplogic early on unfortunately this has the same smell to it , its time for the regulators to step in and throw the book at the SKN directors who conjured up the whole scam , time to force SKN to disclose how much sanitizer they actually have as well as all the underwriting communications form all parties.
