All, I cant comment too much but the CR and suspension is BAU as previously flagged. There will be an update by end of the week. Mjr stakeholders will be securing funding as they will participate.
While I never anticipated another CR it is my understanding that the board decision was only made a few wks ago to accelerate the sales effort. Costs are under control and the business is performing well. Per recent SH letter they'll push out a return to profitability until FY18 in favour of establishing the brand in specific mkt segments. This will mean larger sales teams, marketing expenditures and more cages. All of this will require a larger team generally.
Id be downgrading to a hold until the next update. SH need to undetstand sales are tracking at around $30M. Thats a big rev number and indicates that a real/viable bus exists
