Can't see that as a concern Mr t , am sure that when they announce , if a CR , what it is needed for and be spent on that reaction will be postive , if not taken up then yes it could be negative .
That it is /will be oversubscribed will be a postive , shows confidence by the big boys that this is the real deal , suspect that these boys will possibly add to their holdings via on market purchases .
