Board remains confident, following ongoing discussions with its Banks, that the refinancing will be
completed on reasonable commercial terms."
I am very surprised at that statement - their leverage ratio would be right out the window, if that was a covenant, I would guess. No time to research this one . . .
However they did have a fair amount of cash at the HY - maybe that will help tide them over.
GLTA - hope my concerns are unfounded about the borrowing shituation.
