Would only apply to limited people Burj as most investors buy in parcels and don't risk a splurge. 20c would appear high too given QPN traded in post consolidated terms of 3c to 30c with general volumes for lengthy periods trading between 6c and 16c. Not even one of the threads most notorious critics bought there parcel in the 20c range although it appears they did buy with one parcel which is unfortunate.
