With respect, I don't think the fact that the CHF program is still shown to be recruiting on the very day that MSB went into a trading halt in relation to whatever is happening, is no at all sign that Teva has not given MSB notice of departing.
And its not just the timing aspect, but if Teva did formally notify MSB of termination, it (Teva) would probably still have some sort of notice period to serve before it could totally cease contributing to funding.
NB. I am not saying - for one second - that I think the suspension means that Teva is surely gone; rather, I'm saying that the extension can't be relied upon to conclude (with any more reliability, than before the suspension) that Teva is not gone.
