Joanwan, you are as hard on MXC as you would like to be on your cigar smoking , womanizing husband (based on your posting 17275035 in March). Where your thoughts about skulling your husband with a frying pan maybe more than justified, with respect, your thoughts about MXC withholding info re suspension, is not. Patience you may well not have for ‘him’, but extending a little for MXC, is fine.
As I understand, company clarification via announcement to shareholders can only be made once all disclosure of information related to the suspension has been provided to the ASX. No big deal in my book – a mere formality - all good!
