It appears the ASX is on their tracks.

Bunch of inexperienced people .. Out of a trading halt, issued prospectus for a completed sale and then they woke up and realised the confusion they were causing, which could cause a problem for the share price and most likely someone called them to say "you messed up ... suspend quotation UFN"...

Still not warmed up to this company .. Cashing-in in Australia and investing all the money overseas ...

How is this country of Slovenia? How politically and economically stable is this country? Are regulations crystal clear or they change according to whichever party is in government? Is this a safe and sovereign country or can it be invaded by its bigger neighbours?

We are so worried about whether we have a Labour or Liberal government in (safe and stable) Australia, and yet people are prepared to invest money in a company investing heavily in a country we know nothing about.
