Most would be or would have been Shelf companies for different strategies. This is only a guess. Many who play in the penny stock field would have multiple plays. Look at Mathew Walker with SRT and BRK as well as many others.
I'm not saying this is the answer but just some information. Also the suspension could be disastrous or a misunderstanding, none of us will know till it is advised in detail to the market
