Hi All,
The first announcement says "Nuheara Limited (“Nuheara” or “the Company”), Australia’s only ASX listed consumer wearables technology company, is pleased to announce that it has received firm commitments from institutional and sophisticated investors to raise A$4.984 million."
The second announcement regards confirming the capital raise.
Perhaps the trading halt time span did not give the co enough time, and the suspension is to allow more time to finalise the capital raising notice.
