b4bmm, I wouldn't worry much about it saying potential agreement. As rjsimps pointed out even the TH said potential, and I'm sure from both a reputational and legal perspective the ASX announcements wouldn't want to say anything other than potential until signatures are dry on whatever this agreement is.
Shame we have to wait until next week, I was really hoping a nice Friday rally would set me up for a happy weekend! Ah well.
