@JinxJ You are no longer permitted to have a back to back trading halt (i.e. 2 days and a further 2 days) which was common practice some time ago and therefore the only way to continue to "halt" the stock and protect the integrity of the market is to go into a voluntary suspension which we can come out of post making the announcement that we want to make.
