"Pursuant to listing rule 17.2 Stargroup Limited requests a voluntary suspension be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to an acquisition.
The voluntary suspension is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday 28 September 2016."
