    I think we are seeing the Merger we expected lads... the language and implied transactions suggests it clearly IMHO...

    Also if there are 'transactions', what are theses transactions? Maybe equity related ones? If so...mint!

    Also talks about s/holder approval... if that's the case its a def merger / acquisition / takeover (non hostile one)..

    I like the announcement. The retirement of the NED is also indicative that a TO may have not included his services - again this looks like a TO situation...

    I wonder whom that will be
