    The Company is still in the process of finalising the impacts of a seepage of process solution from the ILS (Intermediate Leach Solution) pond which was detected and contained at the Kipoi mine on Saturday 15 October. The ILS pond
    forms part of the overall Heap Leach circuit at the Kipoi Copper Project.

    So we now know what has happened. Impacts are unknown.
